It is the first of the company’s residential projects, where nearly (760) seven hundred and sixty housing units were developed consisting of several models of villas differing in their areas and styles, five public gardens, a mosque and a commercial center on a land area of one million square meters, and retail plots of land were sold with an estimated area of (71,000) seventy-one thousand square meters so that the owners develop their homes and integrate with the project environment and services. The project presented a new concept of living that suits the residents of Jeddah of all classes to live a quiet, practical and enjoyable lifestyle by providing gardens, a commercial center, a mosque and a residential community.
