Masharef Hills

It is the company’s first residential project in the city of Riyadh. Approximately (1,000) thousand housing units have been developed by the company and secondary developers, as well as a central garden with an area of (52,000 m2), fifty-two thousand square meters, a mosque that can accommodate (1,100) one hundred worshipers, and a center. Commercial, all residential and commercial lands in this project have been sold.
