The total spaces of the residential projects which Kinan Company is currently developing amount to almost 6 million square meters, making it one of the major residential projects developing companies for the middle-income in the kingdom.
Masharef residential project in northern Jeddah is considered the first residential project for Kinan company targeting middle-income, with a cost of one billion riyals. Meanwhile, the second project of the company is “Masharef Hills” project in northern Riyadh city with a space of 900 thousand square meters and the largest open park in a private district in the Kingdom whose space estimated with more than 52 thousand square meters.
